Krista Kiley, Speaker and Coach

In her nearly 20 years working in the arena of wellness, Krista has witnessed firsthand the evolution of strategies for helping others live a more resilient life. After decades of being in the spa industry, she came to realize that dealing with stress by receiving spa treatments often did not do enough to ensure that people permanently increase their resiliency. This inspired her quest to find a complimentary approach that creates long-lasting improvements.

Krista has a passion for helping time-strapped clients successfully integrate lasting approaches to raising resiliency and increasing productivity by combining physical training, high-performance nutrition and self-care. She brings unique insights from her years of speaking and teaching stress-recovery, wellbeing and mindfulness. Krista truly understands the importance of building resiliency, performance and health by taking into consideration how the mind affects the body and how the body affects the mind.

Krista holds a Health Coach certification from the American Council on Exercise and studied business management at Purdue University in the U.S. before becoming a licensed massage therapist, as well as a massage and spa trainer. As the Director of Global Spa Education for the Aveda Corporation, Krista has presented hundreds of keynotes and trained thousands of trainers around the world. With decades of global experience, she is able to provide programs as well as individual and group coaching in multiple languages—English, German or Spanish.

As a sought-after wellness expert, Krista has been quoted in and contributed to numerous global publications such as Vogue (Korea/Japan/Russia), Les Nouvelles Esthetique (U.S.), Beauty Market (Spain), Marie Claire (Korea), Tatler, Cosmo and Interview (Russia).

Krista currently resides near Basel, Switzerland, and to nurture her own resiliency she can often be found in the mountains downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking and running, or experimenting in the kitchen.
